Fetch Delighted data
Add an
HTTP Requestnode (or the native Delighted node if you have credentials set up) and point it at the Delighted API. Run on a weekly Schedule Trigger and fetch this week's survey responses. Add aSchedule Triggerbefore it if this recipe runs on a timer, or aWebhooknode if Delighted can push events directly. - 2
Shape the data with a Set node
Add a
Setnode after the fetch step to pull out the fields you need — e.g.id,title(orname),status, andupdated_atfrom the Delighted survey response. This keeps the rest of the workflow clean and readable. - 3
Send it to Slack
Add a
Slacknode set to operationSend Message. Connect your workspace, choose theChannel, and build the messageTextfrom the Set-node fields. - 4
Activate and test
Click
Activatein the top-right corner. Trigger a real survey response in Delighted (or run the workflow manually against existing data) and confirm it lands correctly in Slack. Once verified, this runs hands-off.

Where do I get my Delighted API credentials?
In your Delighted account settings, look for "API", "Developers" or "Integrations" and generate an API key or token. Paste it into n8n's HTTP Request node (as a header or credential) or the native Delighted node if one is available.
Can I filter which items trigger this workflow?
Yes. Add an `IF` node after the Set node with a condition on any field (status, amount, tag, etc.). Wire the TRUE branch to the Slack step and leave FALSE empty to skip the rest.
