    Fetch Dropbox data

    Add an HTTP Request node (or the native Dropbox node if you have credentials set up) and point it at the Dropbox API. Poll Dropbox for new files. Add a Schedule Trigger before it if this recipe runs on a timer, or a Webhook node if Dropbox can push events directly.

    Shape the data with a Set node

    Add a Set node after the fetch step to pull out the fields you need — e.g. id, title (or name), status, and updated_at from the Dropbox file. This keeps the rest of the workflow clean and readable.

    Send it to Discord

    Add an HTTP Request node, set Method to POST, and paste your Discord channel webhook URL. Set Body Content Type to JSON with a content field built from the Set-node fields.

    Activate and test

    Click Activate in the top-right corner. Trigger a real file in Dropbox (or run the workflow manually against existing data) and confirm it lands correctly in Discord. Once verified, this runs hands-off.
