    Fetch Keap data

    Add an HTTP Request node (or the native Keap node if you have credentials set up) and point it at the Keap API. Run on a Schedule Trigger and check contact age. Add a Schedule Trigger before it if this recipe runs on a timer, or a Webhook node if Keap can push events directly.

    Shape the data with a Set node

    Add a Set node after the fetch step to pull out the fields you need — e.g. id, title (or name), status, and updated_at from the Keap contact. This keeps the rest of the workflow clean and readable.

    Add a Google Sheets node set to operation Append Row. Connect your Google account, choose the Spreadsheet and Sheet, and map each field from the Set node to a matching column.
