    Fetch Keap data

    Add an HTTP Request node (or the native Keap node if you have credentials set up) and point it at the Keap API. Poll Keap for new contacts. Add a Schedule Trigger before it if this recipe runs on a timer, or a Webhook node if Keap can push events directly.

    Shape the data with a Set node

    Add a Set node after the fetch step to pull out the fields you need — e.g. id, title (or name), status, and updated_at from the Keap contact. This keeps the rest of the workflow clean and readable.

    Send it to Google Sheets

    Add a Google Sheets node set to operation Append Row. Connect your Google account, choose the Spreadsheet and Sheet, and map each field from the Set node to a matching column.
