    Fetch MySQL data

    Add an HTTP Request node (or the native MySQL node if you have credentials set up) and point it at the MySQL API. Run on a Schedule Trigger and check row age. Add a Schedule Trigger before it if this recipe runs on a timer, or a Webhook node if MySQL can push events directly.

    Shape the data with a Set node

    Add a Set node after the fetch step to pull out the fields you need — e.g. id, title (or name), status, and updated_at from the MySQL row. This keeps the rest of the workflow clean and readable.
