    Fetch MySQL data

    Add an HTTP Request node (or the native MySQL node if you have credentials set up) and point it at the MySQL API. Poll MySQL for new rows and filter for urgency. Add a Schedule Trigger before it if this recipe runs on a timer, or a Webhook node if MySQL can push events directly.

    Shape the data with a Set node

    Add a Set node after the fetch step to pull out the fields you need — e.g. id, title (or name), status, and updated_at from the MySQL row. This keeps the rest of the workflow clean and readable.

    Add a Google Drive node set to operation Upload. Connect your Google account, choose the destination Folder, and pass the file/summary through from the Set node.
