    Fetch MySQL data

    Add an HTTP Request node (or the native MySQL node if you have credentials set up) and point it at the MySQL API. Run on a weekly Schedule Trigger and fetch this week's rows. Add a Schedule Trigger before it if this recipe runs on a timer, or a Webhook node if MySQL can push events directly.

    Shape the data with a Set node

    Add a Set node after the fetch step to pull out the fields you need — e.g. id, title (or name), status, and updated_at from the MySQL row. This keeps the rest of the workflow clean and readable.

    Send it to Notion

    Add a Notion node set to resource Database Page, operation Create. Connect your integration, pick the target Database, and map the Set-node fields to your database properties.

    Activate and test

    Click Activate in the top-right corner. Trigger a real row in MySQL (or run the workflow manually against existing data) and confirm it lands correctly in Notion. Once verified, this runs hands-off.
