    Add the Airtable Trigger node

    Start with a Airtable Trigger node — connect your Airtable personal access token, then choose the Base and Table to watch for new records. This fires the workflow the moment a new record arrives.

    Map the fields with a Set node

    Add a Set node after the trigger to shape the data cleanly. Create fields: the fields you need, e.g. name to {{ $json.fields.Name }} and email to {{ $json.fields.Email }}. This turns the raw payload into tidy values your destination can use.

    Add a Gmail node set to operation Send. Connect your Google account, set To, Subject and Message from the Set-node fields to fire off a clean notification or confirmation email.
