Start with a

Map the fields with a Set node
Add a
Setnode after the trigger to shape the data cleanly. Create fields: each column you care about, e.g.nameto{{ $json.Name }}andemailto{{ $json.Email }}— the column headers become the field keys. This turns the raw payload into tidy values your destination can use. - 3
Send it to Gmail
Add a
Gmailnode set to operationSend. Connect your Google account, setTo,SubjectandMessagefrom the Set-node fields to fire off a clean notification or confirmation email. - 4
Activate and test
Click
Activatein the top-right of the canvas. Trigger a test row in Google Sheets, then confirm it appears in Gmail. Once it works, you're done — every new row now flows through automatically.
