Start with a
RSS Feed Read Triggernode — paste the feed URL into theFeed URLfield and set a polling interval (e.g. every 15 minutes). The node emits each new item once. This fires the workflow the moment a new feed item arrives. - 2
Map the fields with a Set node
Add a
Setnode after the trigger to shape the data cleanly. Create fields:titleto{{ $json.title }},linkto{{ $json.link }}, andpublishedto{{ $json.isoDate }}. This turns the raw payload into tidy values your destination can use. - 3
Send it to Google Sheets
Add a
Google Sheetsnode set to operationAppend Row. Connect your Google account, choose theSpreadsheetandSheet(e.g. aLogtab), and map each field from the Set node to a matching column. Make sure row 1 of your sheet has headers with the same names. - 4
Activate and test
Click
Activatein the top-right of the canvas. Trigger a test feed item in RSS, then confirm it appears in Google Sheets. Once it works, you're done — every new feed item now flows through automatically.
