Daily Threads Post Digest, Delivered to HubSpot

Every morning, n8n pulls the day's Threads posts, summarizes them, and has HubSpot create or update a HubSpot record — a clean daily digest with zero manual work.

difficulty Beginnersetup 20 minresult A hands-off n8n workflow where every relevant Threads post automatically reaches HubSpot — create or update a HubSpot record.
  1. 1

    Fetch Threads data

Add an HTTP Request node (or the native Threads node if you have credentials set up) and point it at the Threads API. Run on a daily Schedule Trigger and fetch recent posts. Add a Schedule Trigger before it if this recipe runs on a timer, or a Webhook node if Threads can push events directly.

  2. 2

Shape the data with a Set node

Add a Set node after the fetch step to pull out the fields you need — e.g. id, title (or name), status, and updated_at from the Threads post. This keeps the rest of the workflow clean and readable.

  3. 3

    Send it to HubSpot

Add a HubSpot node set to the right resource (Contact/Deal), operation Create/Update. Map the key field (usually email) and the rest from the Set node.

  4. 4

    Activate and test

Click Activate in the top-right corner. Trigger a real post in Threads (or run the workflow manually against existing data) and confirm it lands correctly in HubSpot. Once verified, this runs hands-off.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to code anything?

No. n8n is a visual, drag-and-drop builder. You connect your Threads and HubSpot accounts, map the fields, and activate — no code required.

Where do I get my Threads API credentials?

In your Threads account settings, look for "API", "Developers" or "Integrations" and generate an API key or token. Paste it into n8n's HTTP Request node (as a header or credential) or the native Threads node if one is available.

Can this run on a schedule instead of in real time?

Yes — swap the trigger for a `Schedule Trigger` set to whatever interval fits (every 15 minutes, hourly, daily). The rest of the workflow stays the same.
