    Fetch AfterShip data

    Add an HTTP Request node (or the native AfterShip node if you have credentials set up) and point it at the AfterShip API. Run on a weekly Schedule Trigger and fetch this week's shipments. Add a Schedule Trigger before it if this recipe runs on a timer, or a Webhook node if AfterShip can push events directly.

    Shape the data with a Set node

    Add a Set node after the fetch step to pull out the fields you need — e.g. id, title (or name), status, and updated_at from the AfterShip shipment. This keeps the rest of the workflow clean and readable.

    Send it to Email

    Add a Gmail node set to operation Send. Connect your Google account and set To, Subject and Message from the Set-node fields.

    Activate and test

    Click Activate in the top-right corner. Trigger a real shipment in AfterShip (or run the workflow manually against existing data) and confirm it lands correctly in Email. Once verified, this runs hands-off.

Where do I get my AfterShip API credentials?

In your AfterShip account settings, look for "API", "Developers" or "Integrations" and generate an API key or token. Paste it into n8n's HTTP Request node (as a header or credential) or the native AfterShip node if one is available.

Can I filter which items trigger this workflow?

Yes. Add an `IF` node after the Set node with a condition on any field (status, amount, tag, etc.). Wire the TRUE branch to the Email step and leave FALSE empty to skip the rest.
