Stale Brevo Contact? Get Reminded via Notion

If a Brevo contact sits untouched too long, this n8n workflow catches it and has Notion create a new page in a Notion database as a reminder — nothing falls through the cracks.

difficulty Beginnersetup 25 minresult A hands-off n8n workflow where every relevant Brevo contact automatically reaches Notion — create a new page in a Notion database.
  1. 1

    Fetch Brevo data

Add an HTTP Request node (or the native Brevo node if you have credentials set up) and point it at the Brevo API. Run on a Schedule Trigger and check contact age. Add a Schedule Trigger before it if this recipe runs on a timer, or a Webhook node if Brevo can push events directly.

  2. 2

Shape the data with a Set node

Add a Set node after the fetch step to pull out the fields you need — e.g. id, title (or name), status, and updated_at from the Brevo contact. This keeps the rest of the workflow clean and readable.

  3. 3

    Send it to Notion

Add a Notion node set to resource Database Page, operation Create. Connect your integration, pick the target Database, and map the Set-node fields to your database properties.

  4. 4

    Activate and test

Click Activate in the top-right corner. Trigger a real contact in Brevo (or run the workflow manually against existing data) and confirm it lands correctly in Notion. Once verified, this runs hands-off.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to code anything?

No. n8n is a visual, drag-and-drop builder. You connect your Brevo and Notion accounts, map the fields, and activate — no code required.

Where do I get my Brevo API credentials?

In your Brevo account settings, look for "API", "Developers" or "Integrations" and generate an API key or token. Paste it into n8n's HTTP Request node (as a header or credential) or the native Brevo node if one is available.

Can I filter which items trigger this workflow?

Yes. Add an `IF` node after the Set node with a condition on any field (status, amount, tag, etc.). Wire the TRUE branch to the Notion step and leave FALSE empty to skip the rest.
