    Fetch Brevo data

    Add an HTTP Request node (or the native Brevo node if you have credentials set up) and point it at the Brevo API. Run on a weekly Schedule Trigger and fetch this week's contacts. Add a Schedule Trigger before it if this recipe runs on a timer, or a Webhook node if Brevo can push events directly.

    Shape the data with a Set node

    Add a Set node after the fetch step to pull out the fields you need — e.g. id, title (or name), status, and updated_at from the Brevo contact. This keeps the rest of the workflow clean and readable.

    Send it to Google Drive

    Add a Google Drive node set to operation Upload. Connect your Google account, choose the destination Folder, and pass the file/summary through from the Set node.

    Activate and test

    Click Activate in the top-right corner. Trigger a real contact in Brevo (or run the workflow manually against existing data) and confirm it lands correctly in Google Drive. Once verified, this runs hands-off.

Where do I get my Brevo API credentials?
