    Fetch Buttondown data

    Add an HTTP Request node (or the native Buttondown node if you have credentials set up) and point it at the Buttondown API. Run on a daily Schedule Trigger and fetch recent subscribers. Add a Schedule Trigger before it if this recipe runs on a timer, or a Webhook node if Buttondown can push events directly.

    Shape the data with a Set node

    Add a Set node after the fetch step to pull out the fields you need — e.g. id, title (or name), status, and updated_at from the Buttondown subscriber. This keeps the rest of the workflow clean and readable.

    Add a Notion node set to resource Database Page, operation Create. Connect your integration, pick the target Database, and map the Set-node fields to your database properties.
