    Add a Calendly Trigger node subscribed to the invitee.created event. It fires with the invitee's name, email and chosen time.

    Add a Zoom node with operation Create Meeting. Set the topic to the event name and the start time from the Calendly payload. Zoom returns a join_url.

    Create or Update the CRM Deal

    Add a HubSpot node to upsert the contact by email and create an associated deal in your Meeting Booked stage. Attach the Zoom link as a deal property.
