Fetch ClickUp data
Add an
HTTP Requestnode (or the native ClickUp node if you have credentials set up) and point it at the ClickUp API. Run on a daily Schedule Trigger and fetch recent tasks. Add aSchedule Triggerbefore it if this recipe runs on a timer, or aWebhooknode if ClickUp can push events directly. - 2
Shape the data with a Set node
Add a
Setnode after the fetch step to pull out the fields you need — e.g.id,title(orname),status, andupdated_atfrom the ClickUp task. This keeps the rest of the workflow clean and readable. - 3

Google Drivenode set to operationUpload. Connect your Google account, choose the destinationFolder, and pass the file/summary through from the Set node. - 4

Where do I get my ClickUp API credentials?
In your ClickUp account settings, look for "API", "Developers" or "Integrations" and generate an API key or token. Paste it into n8n's HTTP Request node (as a header or credential) or the native ClickUp node if one is available.
Can this run on a schedule instead of in real time?
Yes — swap the trigger for a `Schedule Trigger` set to whatever interval fits (every 15 minutes, hourly, daily). The rest of the workflow stays the same.
