Celebrate Every Google Search Console Milestone in HubSpot

When a Google Search Console search query hits a meaningful milestone, n8n catches it and has HubSpot create or update a HubSpot record — a small, automatic celebration your team actually sees.

difficulty Intermediatesetup 15 minresult A hands-off n8n workflow where every relevant Google Search Console search query automatically reaches HubSpot — create or update a HubSpot record.
  1. 1

    Fetch Google Search Console data

Add an HTTP Request node (or the native Google Search Console node if you have credentials set up) and point it at the Google Search Console API. Poll Google Search Console for new search querys and check against a threshold. Add a Schedule Trigger before it if this recipe runs on a timer, or a Webhook node if Google Search Console can push events directly.

  2. 2

Shape the data with a Set node

Add a Set node after the fetch step to pull out the fields you need — e.g. id, title (or name), status, and updated_at from the Google Search Console search query. This keeps the rest of the workflow clean and readable.

  3. 3

    Send it to HubSpot

Add a HubSpot node set to the right resource (Contact/Deal), operation Create/Update. Map the key field (usually email) and the rest from the Set node.

  4. 4

    Activate and test

Click Activate in the top-right corner. Trigger a real search query in Google Search Console (or run the workflow manually against existing data) and confirm it lands correctly in HubSpot. Once verified, this runs hands-off.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to code anything?

No. n8n is a visual, drag-and-drop builder. You connect your Google Search Console and HubSpot accounts, map the fields, and activate — no code required.

Where do I get my Google Search Console API credentials?

In your Google Search Console account settings, look for "API", "Developers" or "Integrations" and generate an API key or token. Paste it into n8n's HTTP Request node (as a header or credential) or the native Google Search Console node if one is available.

Can I filter which items trigger this workflow?

Yes. Add an `IF` node after the Set node with a condition on any field (status, amount, tag, etc.). Wire the TRUE branch to the HubSpot step and leave FALSE empty to skip the rest.
