    Fetch Google Search Console data

    Add an HTTP Request node (or the native Google Search Console node if you have credentials set up) and point it at the Google Search Console API. Run on a weekly Schedule Trigger and fetch this week's search querys. Add a Schedule Trigger before it if this recipe runs on a timer, or a Webhook node if Google Search Console can push events directly.

    Shape the data with a Set node

    Add a Set node after the fetch step to pull out the fields you need — e.g. id, title (or name), status, and updated_at from the Google Search Console search query. This keeps the rest of the workflow clean and readable.

    Send it to Airtable

    Add an Airtable node set to operation Create. Connect your token, pick the Base and Table, and map fields from the Set node.

    Activate and test

    Click Activate in the top-right corner. Trigger a real search query in Google Search Console (or run the workflow manually against existing data) and confirm it lands correctly in Airtable. Once verified, this runs hands-off.

Where do I get my Google Search Console API credentials?

In your Google Search Console account settings, look for "API", "Developers" or "Integrations" and generate an API key or token. Paste it into n8n's HTTP Request node (as a header or credential) or the native Google Search Console node if one is available.

Can I filter which items trigger this workflow?

Yes. Add an `IF` node after the Set node with a condition on any field (status, amount, tag, etc.). Wire the TRUE branch to the Airtable step and leave FALSE empty to skip the rest.
