    Fetch Intercom data

    Add an HTTP Request node (or the native Intercom node if you have credentials set up) and point it at the Intercom API. Poll Intercom for new conversations and check against a threshold. Add a Schedule Trigger before it if this recipe runs on a timer, or a Webhook node if Intercom can push events directly.

    Shape the data with a Set node

    Add a Set node after the fetch step to pull out the fields you need — e.g. id, title (or name), status, and updated_at from the Intercom conversation. This keeps the rest of the workflow clean and readable.

    Send it to Telegram

    Add a Telegram node set to operation Send Message. Connect your bot token and set Chat ID, then build Text from the Set-node fields.
