Step 3 — Ask for a review via Email
Add an
Email Send(SMTP) node. Set the recipient, a clear subject, and build the body from a short thank-you and your review link. Add your SMTP credentials (or use Gmail).

What's the best delay?
Enough time to receive and use the product — often 4–7 days after fulfillment for physical goods. Tune the Step 2 `Wait` to your shipping times.
Can I offer an incentive?
You can, but be careful: many review platforms prohibit incentivised reviews or require disclosure. Check your platform's policy before adding a discount.
