Add the Typeform Trigger node
Start with a
Typeform Triggernode — connect your Typeform account and select theFormyou want to watch. The node fires the moment someone completes it. This fires the workflow the moment a new response arrives. - 2
Map the fields with a Set node
Add a
Setnode after the trigger to shape the data cleanly. Create fields:nameto{{ $json.name }},emailto{{ $json.email }}, andsubmitted_atto{{ $now.toISO() }}— adjust the keys to match your form's question references. This turns the raw payload into tidy values your destination can use. - 3
Send it to Google Sheets
Add a
Google Sheetsnode set to operationAppend Row. Connect your Google account, choose theSpreadsheetandSheet(e.g. aLogtab), and map each field from the Set node to a matching column. Make sure row 1 of your sheet has headers with the same names. - 4
Activate and test
Click
Activatein the top-right of the canvas. Trigger a test response in Typeform, then confirm it appears in Google Sheets. Once it works, you're done — every new response now flows through automatically.
