AI-Summarize Every App Store Review and Send to Telegram

An AI step reads each new App Store review, writes a short summary, and n8n has Telegram send a Telegram message — so your team gets the gist without reading the whole thing.

difficulty Beginnersetup 20 minresult A hands-off n8n workflow where every relevant App Store review automatically reaches Telegram — send a Telegram message.
  1. 1

    Fetch App Store data

Add an HTTP Request node (or the native App Store node if you have credentials set up) and point it at the App Store API. Poll App Store for new reviews. Add a Schedule Trigger before it if this recipe runs on a timer, or a Webhook node if App Store can push events directly.

  2. 2

Shape the data with a Set node

Add a Set node after the fetch step to pull out the fields you need — e.g. id, title (or name), status, and updated_at from the App Store review. This keeps the rest of the workflow clean and readable.

  3. 3

Add a Telegram node set to operation Send Message. Connect your bot token and set Chat ID, then build Text from the Set-node fields.

  4. 4

    Activate and test

Click Activate in the top-right corner. Trigger a real review in App Store (or run the workflow manually against existing data) and confirm it lands correctly in Telegram. Once verified, this runs hands-off.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to code anything?

No. n8n is a visual, drag-and-drop builder. You connect your App Store and Telegram accounts, map the fields, and activate — no code required.

Where do I get my App Store API credentials?

In your App Store account settings, look for "API", "Developers" or "Integrations" and generate an API key or token. Paste it into n8n's HTTP Request node (as a header or credential) or the native App Store node if one is available.

Can this run on a schedule instead of in real time?

Yes — swap the trigger for a `Schedule Trigger` set to whatever interval fits (every 15 minutes, hourly, daily). The rest of the workflow stays the same.
