Weekly Brevo Report Sent to Telegram

A weekly n8n workflow rolls up all your Brevo contacts from the last 7 days into a summary, then has Telegram send a Telegram message so your team never has to dig for the numbers.

difficulty Beginnersetup 30 minresult A hands-off n8n workflow where every relevant Brevo contact automatically reaches Telegram — send a Telegram message.
  1. 1

    Fetch Brevo data

Add an HTTP Request node (or the native Brevo node if you have credentials set up) and point it at the Brevo API. Run on a weekly Schedule Trigger and fetch this week's contacts. Add a Schedule Trigger before it if this recipe runs on a timer, or a Webhook node if Brevo can push events directly.

  2. 2

Shape the data with a Set node

Add a Set node after the fetch step to pull out the fields you need — e.g. id, title (or name), status, and updated_at from the Brevo contact. This keeps the rest of the workflow clean and readable.

  3. 3

Add a Telegram node set to operation Send Message. Connect your bot token and set Chat ID, then build Text from the Set-node fields.

  4. 4

    Activate and test

Click Activate in the top-right corner. Trigger a real contact in Brevo (or run the workflow manually against existing data) and confirm it lands correctly in Telegram. Once verified, this runs hands-off.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to code anything?

No. n8n is a visual, drag-and-drop builder. You connect your Brevo and Telegram accounts, map the fields, and activate — no code required.

Where do I get my Brevo API credentials?

In your Brevo account settings, look for "API", "Developers" or "Integrations" and generate an API key or token. Paste it into n8n's HTTP Request node (as a header or credential) or the native Brevo node if one is available.

Can this run on a schedule instead of in real time?

Yes — swap the trigger for a `Schedule Trigger` set to whatever interval fits (every 15 minutes, hourly, daily). The rest of the workflow stays the same.
