    Fetch Chargebee data

    Add an HTTP Request node (or the native Chargebee node if you have credentials set up) and point it at the Chargebee API. Poll Chargebee for new invoices. Add a Schedule Trigger before it if this recipe runs on a timer, or a Webhook node if Chargebee can push events directly.

    Shape the data with a Set node

    Add a Set node after the fetch step to pull out the fields you need — e.g. id, title (or name), status, and updated_at from the Chargebee invoice. This keeps the rest of the workflow clean and readable.

    Send it to Airtable

    Add an Airtable node set to operation Create. Connect your token, pick the Base and Table, and map fields from the Set node.

    Activate and test

    Click Activate in the top-right corner. Trigger a real invoice in Chargebee (or run the workflow manually against existing data) and confirm it lands correctly in Airtable. Once verified, this runs hands-off.
