Start with a

Map the fields with a Set node
Add a

Click

It depends on the source. Services like Stripe, Shopify and HubSpot retry webhook deliveries for a period, so events are processed once the workflow is back on. For the most reliable capture, run this on n8n Cloud (always online) or keep your self-hosted instance up.
Can I send each response to more than one place at once?
Absolutely. Branch the workflow after the Set node: connect it to multiple destination nodes so the same response lands in Telegram and, say, Slack or a spreadsheet simultaneously.
